157 degrees is not hot, not even hot enough to open thermostats but the overheat switch is on. What engine is this?

f200txra, also found out today that I have 0 compression in Cylinder 1. Also just purchased a new #3 Cam, and rebuilt this engine this week. I was thinking that the 0 compression could be do to miss aligned Timing belt and not checking the valve gap.
