model year help

I have a Yamaha 115CETO 6E5 L 391133. Can someone tell me what year the motor is and what the rest of the letters mean?

We have very little information on that model. The only thing I have on that model is in 1995 the serial range was 397901 to 399298.

Thank you for the reply. I think the motor is a european model and is on a 6m Italian inflatable boat located in Greece. The motor runs fine but I do not have owners or service manuals. Any thoughts as to where I can get them.

You can view owners manual"s and order service manual's on Yamaha's web page http://www.yamaha-motor.com/. But that web page is for Yamaha USA and probably wont list your model. I don't have the Yamaha European web site.

Thanks for the help I will try to find the European website and maybe I can find out the difference between the European and U.S.A model.
