F250 trim and starter

twin 2007 250 four strokes, when operating port power trim down, starter engages on that engine, can operating normally using engine PTT with 7 pin connector disconected, starter engages if using throttle PTT switch or port PTT switch, any suggestions?

Inspect your harness for corrosion or kink/pinch.

Motor SHOULD run fine but you wont be able to turn it off,and you would have to start it then disconnect it.
