start up of new 60HP outboard

I have new motor installed, good fuel, power to starter and tach is coming on but engine will not fire.

What am I doing wrong

in neutral
safety clip in place ,near key
pump up fuel ball ?

Yes and yes.

Motor is turning over fine and there is gas visible in the bowl.

are you choking till it starts ??
if yes then pull plugs and check for spark.

i would take it to the dealer as you should have a warranty, yes??

no spark so off to dealer I go.

Pretty disappointed in lack of wiring harness info from Yamaha.
