trim motor continuously running-up

Have a pair of bracket mounted F150's, 2006; starboard trim motor runs continuously when battery switch is ON. Port is ok. I've disconnected starboard 10 pin harness and ALL raise lower wires(G,B,R)at helm to no avail. SBD Engine is up and I can't remove the cowl to inspect realays/wiring. I can't reach release screw; any other way to cheat the raise lower modes?

If you can't get cowling off then the manual release screw is the only way to lower motor.
