BOGGING DOWN

Hi I am new to this board but have read useful info before. My problem is with an old 150. The motor was running good until I ran out of gas. Motor will bog down after running at wot for a few minutes. Back off throttle and will run at 2 to 3 thousand revs. Will not go over this limit and bogs if I try. Tried replacing fuel pumps, primer bulb, water filter, cleaned inling filter and am running on portable tank. It does the same thing. Runs at wot for a few minutes then bogs. Any ideas would be much appreciated.

Probably dirty carbs, looks like thats the only thing you havn't done.

thanks for the reply. seems there is a gas leak from the bottom or middle carb. Just received carb kit. Will see if this solves problem.
