Yamaha f40c conversion to f60a

Sorry for my english but i am italian
It's possible to convert the yamaha f40c 996cc carburetors to the f60a 996cc carburetors?
I have write in a forum (in italy) and all the person say that is possible but the conversion is 40hp to 50hp max, because the only 40hp that can covert to 60hp is the efi with a new setup of the elettrical box.
I view the f40c and f60a characteristics and i don't see any difference between.

I'm not sure we don't do horepower modifications here and I have not done any research on it.
