99' 2-stroke 130 low rpms

I have a 1999 Yamaha 130 2-stroke that runs @ 4500 WOT with the motor trimmed down. I can squezze 4800 with the motor trimmed up. I recently changed plugs, foot oil, and fuel filter. The motor has a slight miss when I gas it to get on a plane @ about 2000 to 2500 rpms. any suggestions would be appreciated.

Has it always turned 4800 or did drop rpm's?
