Hi.
My motor is a yammy 1990 50DETO, which is basically the same as a 1990 50ELD. All parts are identical.
Question is the water pump (kit) had a dampner that goes up inside the outlet from underneath. No problem, new one in there.
Is there another dampner, or grommet, that goes into the outlet from the top where the water pipe slides into the pump outlet, or does the pipe go in far enough to meet with the grommet/dampner that is installed from the underside of the pump housing??
Cheers - this is all I need to know before my leg/motor go back on!
