No, too many places that you need to seal with all of the water ports. Also, there will be some unspent fuel, oil heat and pressure. Just buy one, you will be happier in the long run. -
This is for your 70, right? Do you plan on using any anti-seize on the bolts for your exhaust manifold? Do you know if that is okay to do or not? Were your bolts frozen up at all with corrosion? I had to have 5-6 drilled out on my 25, and I do not want to repeat that in the future!!Comment

yes it is for the 70HP
i usually coat the bolts with engine oil or marine grease before i close.
no i did not have problem with opening the bolts it is important to close bolts using pressure gauge according to the manualNoam NComment
