2001 SX225 EFI Flooding

My 2001 SX225 EFI motor starts fine at the dock. After running for a while and then stopping to fish foa a few minutes, it doesn't want to start. I have to throttle up and start it. The fuel pressure drops when the engine is shut down for about two minutes, but will restart with throttle up. Could this be a stuck fuel injector? I have already changed the 02 sensor out.

check vapor tank filter as they clog and can burn up your HP fuel pump.

I had the same type problem on an efi 225 what I found was one of the low pressure fuel pump had a ruptured diapham. The way I found this was remove them from the side of the block and let them hang from their hoses then squeeze the fuel line bulb and fuel leaked out of one of the pumps. I replaced all three pumps they dont cost that much
