O-Ring in carburetor repair kit 1985 25LK

I got the carb repair kit for my little motor and it comes with an o-ring.... my seloc repair book shows the o-ring, but does not say where it belongs....any ideas?

O-ring p/n 646-14397-00-00
Carb kit p/n 689-W0093-02

Turns out it was the o-ring for the drain plug that my carb does not have.
