Warning buzzer on 200 Jodi not working

I removed the 2007 Yamaha 200 hpdi from the boat with all electrical lines marked. When motor was reinstalled and all connections made the warning buzzer does not work when key is turned on for test mode nor does it work when the kill switch is pulled out. The buzzer used to alarm for short time when key was turned on. Motor runs fine and all gauges are working after reinstsllstion of motor but buzzer does not. I did replace the buzzer itself with factory Yamaha buzzer but still no luck. Any suggestions on what's wrong would be appreciated.

check to see that it is getting 12 volts to it, then check to see if it is being grounded when being called upon to sound
