2003 115 tlrb accelerator cam/throttle roller

Was hoping to get some help with setting up a 115 tlrb that I just installed. My issue is the position of the throttle roller on the accelerator cam when the control is WOT. I did install the throttle cable on the motor when in the idle position. However, when I set the control in WOT the roller goes past the point on the accelerator cam.(pic attached) I am not sure that this is correct. Thanks for any help.
