2015 150 HP 4 Stroke Engine failure at cruising speed

Yesterday (first day after 5th 100 hour service by authorized Yamaha technician) while cruising at 4000 rpm the engine shut down without warning. Would not restart and tilt trim switch would not operate. Both batteries fully charged and operational as all other systems were functioning normally. Switched batteries and tried again. No joy. Removed kill clip and reinserted. Tried again. No joy. Called for Sea Tow. After about 10 minutes, tried again and it started. Full function restored to TT switch. Returned to my dock. Any ideas why this happened? Fix?

Maybe a loose/corroded ground connection, battery connection....

no electrical juicey juice and the engine gets very quiet.
myself I would hunt fore loose/corroded connections, espeacily at the ground on the block.
