Missing in gear from idle up to 4000 rpm 4000 to 5000 runs good push stick to wot it starts missing and rpm starts dropping. Yds high pressure pump is 685 to about 730 medium pump 49 psi checked fuel filters vst tank and screen look new yds shows all 6 firing spark checker shows same. Timing at 5000 is 21 Btdc push stick to wot timing goes to 8 btdc . Sent injectors out. Reed valves look good. What do you think

YDS spark fireing simply says it is capeable not that a cyl is actually fireing.
myself I would test the voltage at all 6 injectors and all 6 coils and monitor what the various sensor voltages are at the failure RPM and load.
remember that ECU is a simple truth table.
it takes XYZ inputs and outputs ABC.
what is the baro pressure at the failure?
what is the TPS?
what is the shift position and shift cut?
what is SW3?
does the alarm audible actually work?
lots of things going on.

When I get injectors back I will try again. Tps idle. .61 wot 3.93 put 6 spark indicators one each cyl. Seams to be firing all 6 . Baro I'll have to check don't Remember. O2 sencer looks new , cps .036 air gap seams to run good from 4000 to 5000 rpm missing at wot squeezing prime bulb no change. Low pressure pumps new. Shift switch checks out

Got injectors back can get to 5500 rpm but motor still missing. Checked injector driver output #2 and #4 were 93 volts at 1500 rpm under load . Is injector driver bad? Shop manual calls for 60 to 65 volts .Last edited by Welderman; 09-04-2017, 09:21 PM.

Control unit output is 12.5 volts all cylinders on hose in gear . Is ecm bad ? Pulser is 15 volts on hose in gear. Injector driver output on hose in gear 92 volts.

all depends on where you measure from and to
I do not have a motor like that or a manual for it
