          Will the motor start and idle at all? It it will, you could dump the gas out of the clear filter bowl on the engine. Those pumps should fill it back up pretty quickly after starting.

          There is a pressure/vacuum test. Maybe Boscoe has the specs. I do not.....

            I think the test and spec are the same for mechanical diaphragm pumps, whether 2 stroke or 4 -

            applying pressure to the suction side - with finger over outlet pipe- should hold 7 psi without leakage

            applying pressure to the discharge side - suction side open - same

            applying suction, to the suction side - outlet side open - should hold -4 psi without leaking

                I believe these pumps can be rebuilt. Don't toss the old ones in the trash yet....
