Throttle and shift cable 1991 90HP

I recently purchased a 1991 90hp Yamaha I am installing on an 18' tracker replacing a mercury. None of the controls match so I need to rewire everything. I have found that the throttle and shift cable are way to long (16'). I only need 10'. Also the remote control is the 704 version.
So my question is, what is the part number for a 10' cable, and can I replace the 704 with a 703 side mount remote control?

Any help and suggestions are appreciated.

Mar-cable-10-sc is the cable, or any brand 3300 cable, 704 is a binnacle mount and 703 is a side mount, use the control that is correct for the boat.

The cables are on order, and looking into picking up the 703.
