Tilt&Trim unit removal procedure?

1995 200 TXRT
All bolts out.
I can move unit up and down, a little aft, but not going out.
Inside between bracket walls.
Is any trick here?

might need to loosen or remove one side of motor bracket

My engine is a hell of a lot different than yours. Has a Showa T/T unit. Don't know about yours. But....I loosened the manual release and pushed the tilt ram all the way to the down position. My have even had someone lift up on engine. Was able to slide up and out if I remember correctly.

Looked at diagram. Yes very different. Tilt ram/tube looks to come out as a separate piece. Probably not your issue anyway....

Removing motor's brush holder and magnets stator (leaving rotor in place), gives enough room to lift unit up and out. Slight knock rubber mallet helps. Gentle pray bar helps too. Thank you

No. After removing whole unit, able to remove shaft, that holds tilt cylinder
