94 70hp ignition trouble

Have a 70 three cylinder with no voltage getting to the center or 2 cylinder

Please provide the information on the data plate located on the transom mount bracket. Engine model, Serial number, etc. .

Don't see the serial # but it a Yamaha 70trs
