try much past 10 ft lbs and they break.
most the time,unless the poweerhead is removed, you cannot get a torque wrench to all of the fasteners.
use a 1/4 drive and some common sense.
First turn is to 4.4 pound-feet. Second turn to 8.9 pound-feet.
Service manual does not specify the use of oil/grease on the threads of the fasteners. Leave them dry.
Use a low range 1/4" drive torque wrench. Properly calibrated. Practice learning the feel of a clicker type torque wrench if that is the kind that is used. At such low torque values the click can sometimes be hard to feel. Maybe a small beam type would be better. Might be cheaper.
