Trim tab anode will not come off

I wanted to change my water pump today but the trim tab anode will not come off. The bolt inside the lower unit is loose I even put an impact on it to turn it faster than I could by hand. I can tap the anode with a hammer back and fourth and it will move but it seems the bolt is moving every time I tap it as well. Any suggestions?

Pull like heck downward on the trim tab anode while turning the bolt. Ideally turning the bolt with a power tool. I suspect that the threads inside the anode are stripped.

Yup. Stripped threads. I borrowed my buddy's impact that was better than mine and I was able to destroy the threads. It is now off. Thanks.
