Outboard 9.9hp Kill Switch Problems

The problem has Something to do with the kill switch, I think. Motor starts fines runs fine for a little bit then dies out. If we catch it in time and flip the kill switch back and forth. Something resets and the motor runs fine again. Another symptom is when the motor is running and we put it in gear, it stalls out. I think it's from the vibration. Ecru is new. Ignition coil is new. Spark plug new. Only thing I can think of is the kill switch itself. Any thoughts?

Don't know but can playing with kill switch cause a small increase in fuel flow? Seems like 8 times out of 10 we are dealing with a fuel supply issue.
