Search not working. Oil filter

What is the logic to hide oil filter behind remote oil tank, but not in more accessible location. It is not easy every season replace it.

In some boats there is good access to the oil tank and filter. Not in yours it seems.

Good news is that this filter is normally only changed on condition. Depending upon the cleanliness of the oil being added the need to change the filter might not arise for years and years.
