87 V4 115 hp .... Bad Stator Symptoms???
it acts like it's a fuel issue but I have replaced the entire fuel system including carbs and tank. not cleaned ...replaced. leaning towards electronics now . runs great on the muffs. I put it on the water and will run great for 50 yards and acts like it runs outta fuel and really hard to start back. let it sit for 20 minutes and it'll run great another 50 yards and same thing. could some one please give me the symptoms of a bad Stator on this motor. I'm really leaning toward electrical now that the fuel system is all new. thanks
