200 hpdi rough

on a 2003 200 hpdi idles ok about 1400 1700 rpm runs rough all filters changes
what should i check,no codes

Check to see if plugs are fouled, or make shore you have spark,
Water in fuel is a good start

Drain the VST also and catch what comes out with a clean container.

A couple of pumps of the primer would help flush the system up to that point...
