Help - How to separate tach harness plug

I need to separate this type of plug but it's in a very difficult place in my center console and I cannot see it very well. I assume a release tab needs to be pressed. Can anyone tell me where it is?

Lift up on the lock tab and pull the connectors apart.

Be a man about it.

These are file pictures and not the plug I'm working on. I cannot see the plug and have my hands on it at the same time. It's in a real bad spot!
