97 Yamaha trim bracket and switch

I am trying to determine the bracket and sending unit switch for the trim and tilt mounted on the main frame which is bolted to the transom. L225 txrv, 1997

You are correct, it can be.

First time I saw an engineering drawing of a complicated detail part I did not have a hot clue what I was even looking at. All I saw was a piece of paper with some lines and words on it. The engineer I was with thought it was all self explanatory.

The parts fisch is often a big help just looking for assembly, etc.

BTW, what specific part was it you needed?
