I replaced the water pump, verified the thermostat was working and verified the water line was clear on my 2013 F150LA 4 stroke. It is still not peeing out water. Anyone got a clue of what I need to look at next?

so ,again what hose are you talking about.
the restriction may not be in just a rubber hose, it can be inside the motor block or fuel cooler,
that is why I mentioned doing it the way I did.
and not all after market parts are good as OEM.
did it include a new pump housing along with impellor, wear plate, and cup?
with all orings and gaskets.
did you get all of these parts back in there, especially #28 and 29

I blew air from the "pee hole" and felt the air come out of the bottom (lower unit removed). I blew air from the bottom hose (lowe unit still removed) and felt air out of the pee hole.
I went and purchased 28 and 28 from yamaha because they did not come with the kit. They are installed correctly.
The kit that I purchased had all the parts you listed.
With the lower unit removed I started the motor and took a water hose and sprayed up the water line feom the lower unit. Water came out the pee hole.
Do I need to get a new yamaha brand water pump kit?

I have no idea what is going on,
did you check to make sure the water pressure control valve is not stuck open?
some motor may not pee until the block fills up with water.
if the control valve is stuck open dumping too much water at low RPM it might be a problem.
put the lower back on and back the trailer and boat into the water to see if it will pump enough water to pee
or get a trash can to set the lower unit into with water coming up to where it normally would be to see if it makes a difference.

Using the power head flushing hose, (port side under the cowling), with water coupled to it, is the pee hole working?
Also, was it peeing before the new pump?
Lastly was the LU drive shaft turned CLOCKWISE when pushing the WP housing back on?

.
No. The motor stopped peeing at the end of last season. I just assumed it was a water pump.
Yes I did turn shaft clockwise.
