Do you have the service manual? The relay test procedure is in there. I can provide a copy of the procedure if needed. Unfortunately the SM provides nothing at all about checking continuity of wires from point to point.

Yes I have the SM. I will follow the procedure stated in it. Should have results posted tomorrow afternoon. I have a couple things going on today or would go do it now.

Regarding wire checks, how about confirming that a ground reference is applied to the yellow wire to the relay when the key is first turned on. The yellow/red wire should have 12 volts on it all of the time when the key is on.

Also, confirm that the blue wire to the relay has continuity to the blue wire at the connector to the fuel pump. The SM is very vague as to where the wires go and what functions they support.
