2003 F115 code 28

So, I finally installed a working multi function digital tach on the boat we bought a year ago, which has been doing just fine for quite a while, running from A to B,10 minutes at a time. I now know there are 1053 hours on it, but, dang it, the engine symbol is flashing a 28 code. What to do?

Simple things sometimes. Turns out the plug to the shift position switch was not fully seated.
