Remote switch on motor

Hello all,
I have a 1988 150 ETLG yamaha, the remote tilt switch on the motor blew the other day and looking at the catalog I cant make out the part # that I need. Looks like 6E5-82563-00-00 can anyone tell me if this is the correct part # ?

That's the number I come up with - but it has been repaced by:
"This part has been replaced by [6H1-82563-00-00] and may be substituted".
