How do I go about replacing the tilt tube?

Ooops - should have been model F225TXRA.

Looking for general information on best way to support engine while removing tilt tube?

The Yamaha Factory Service Manual for this model does not provide this information, nor does the Seloc Repair Manual.

You mean some way other than the tilt stop lever? My service manual says tilt it all the way up and put the tilt stop lever in place.
