Hi. I'm new to this forum. I'll start with just one question for which I have tried hard to find the answer, but was unsuccessful. I have a 2001 200hp OX66 that I'm trying to determine why I have the 1100 rpm high idle. I just bought a winky blinky I will soon hook up to see if I have a code. I'm pretty sure I know how to connect and read the code(s), but I'm just curious if the grey dangling connector with a yellow and white/black wire is ever used for anything? See attached pic. Thanks!!!
