Pilot Screw recpmmended setting

I have a 2004 Outboard 90hp - F90TLRC. I recently rebuilt the 4 carbs and would like to know what the recommended setting (at least where to start) for the pilot screws are. I have the service manual but it does not give the specs for this. Thank you for any help.

The settings (number of turns outward from being just lightly seated) are the numbers of turns inward that were measured prior to having removed the screws for cleaning.

2 turns, plus or minus .5 turn, outward would be a place to try if one screwed up and did not measure the inward turns first.

I did measure them before removal but did not know how much they might have been played with over the years. Thank you.
