96 Yamaha 250 Hp no suction on cabs

I'm having a problem with 2 of my cabs(2 and 3) they don't have any suction and I toke it apart to services the seed and also the Gasket. Everything seem to be fine, I just need to know what can it be, And if anybody can help me thanks. GBU
