150Hpdi Vmax oil issue

Have a 150 Hpdi with oil problems at work.
it seems it pumps to much oil in the vapor separator.
when i drained the fuel it was dark blue.
the engine smokes alot and has trouble staying alive on idle.

no faults when checking with YDIS.
how is the electric oil pump working? is it supposed to pump all the time? or is it more like a injector?

its an electric pump.
it does not,or should not,run below about 1500 RPM. the output can be tested and the pump on or off condition monitored.
its supposed to mix at about 1500/1.
