Hello great Helpers of idiots!! I need some help!
2007 200 HPDI
Idles great but about 1500 rpms it starts
Surging off idle, loss of top end if you ever get on plane.
if you put it in gear with no prop you can romp it and it will spin up fine with no resistance but the surging is still there.
all cyl. are firing. All injectors are firing as i have unplugged one at the time while running to check. compression is 115psi across all +/- 5
Have done the following
1 replaced all fileters in injectors and hpdi pump
2 have replaced the silver medium pressure filter over vst
3 have cleaned out vst and filer on pump (not debris found)
4 rebuilt the low pressure lift pumps on block
5 I have yds and it shows 998 psi on fuel pressure
6 no faults on anything at all
7 have flow tested injectors with no issues showing. all are equal as i have ever seen.
I am open to all suggestions including a match!
