OX66 wont start`

Sudden onset. cranks but wont start. Fuel pressure bulb hard, LP pumps replaced, Fuel water filter replaced, onboard filter replaced. plugs replaced. Just had injectors cleaned and tested, changed O2 sensor hoping that would be it. No luck.
Any more ideas before I haul it and drag to the dealer?

what is the rail pressure?
are the injectors firing?
are the plugs getting spark?

Just ordered a pressure gauge. Not sure how to tell if injectors are firing. If pressure is low, I'll try relay.
