guage light failure

I am having light and guage failure on my boat. I have a 1997 150trp. I have been over all of the wires and found none loose. I cannot figure out what's going on. I cannot find a wiring diagram and I think I could probably figure it out with one. I really do not want to pay someone to fix it. Any help in appriciated.

ensure youre gettin 12 v to the blue wires on yammie gauges and a good ground to the black.some of the multifunction bulbs can be replaced, not sure bout the analog.
