no spark

I have a 1985 yamaha 115hp ETLK outboard I have no spark to number 1 cylinder coil pack is good checked it on another cylinder, no broken wires jumped the coil wires to make sure,and checked all of the grounds are good. no power what so ever coming out of the cdi on number 1 going to number one coil pack and numbers 2 3 and 4 cylinders spark plugs are a bit wet after running the motor for a few mins not burning all the fuel in cylinders maybe not getting enough power to the coils?

I would think following the procedures in service manual for that motor would tell the procedures and specs for testing the peak voltages into and out of the CDI to see if they were in spec
