not much to go on, in you post.
    what is a 19bay
what is the model # stamped into the tag on bracket of the motor?

What prop are you running and what is the WOT RPM you get with boat loaded as you would normally run it with that prop you have?

If rigged and propped properly you can run it till it runs out of fuel at 5K

Your boat should be able to get to about 6000RPM's with a normal load, trimmed up....I expect you could cruise at 5000RPM's all day or until you run out of gas, assuming the motor is in healthy mechanical condition...

Go to: Yamaha Outboard Performance Bulletins for more details regarding your boat/motor performance, best efficiency RPM ranges....my older 2 stroke 90HP has a best efficiency at about 3500RPM's....Not sure about your 4 stroke, but you can look it up...
