Service manual specifies S1104 on water pump insert

2014 F-90 OEM service manual specifies a fluid /sealant on water pump insert. Specifically S1104J. The material isn't defined in the index. Anyone know what it is?

I would guess Three Bond 1104

But IMO that is just something the factory used to speed up assembly,
there is no need for it to be used 'in the field"
