I am replacing part 682-44176-00-00 bracket. Got the old one out and was wondering the proper procedure to install the new one. Once I replace the screw, it doesnt look correct seeing it appears to have gaps. Also, is it normal for a new water pump kit to make the shaft more difficult to turn vs an old one?
