Mystery Bolt 8HP 2 Stroke

I have discovered a mystery bolt floating around inside my Yamaha 8hp 2 stroke. I cannot see where it might have come from. It is distinct from all the other bolts in that it has a green dot of paint on it. See the picture. The only other bolt with a colored head is a blue one which connects some wires.

Does anyone know where this bolt may have come from? Or has anyone ever seen a bolt with a green painted head?

it is a ground strap bolt from someplace.
most likely on the port side ign coil bracket.
