1998 Yamaha ox66 250 no fire on #5 at any rpm

need some help with an ox66 250 sat for longtime we purchased motor and we change the fuel pumps lift and vst cleaned injectors new plugs new tps check o2 sensor fresh fuel starts fine runs great on the hose idles alittle
put it in the water wont go over 4200-4300 not the prop already checked
pulled plugs one was wash with fuel (no fire) #5 and yes i know this motor runs on 4 at idle and 5 kicks in @ 2000 i get no spark @ any rpm 2000 -2500-3000 no spark any ideas?

and maybe Rod or Bosco will give some input

Does this motor need an input from a switch to know it is in gear?

Start with the simple stuff and work onwards from there.

Spark plug
Spark plug cap
Coil (Primary and secondary) and coil lead
Connections to the coil (Ground and power)
#5 pulser coil output
#5 pulser coil input to the CDI
Output from the CDI to the #5 coil

thanks for your input guys it turn out to be the pulser coil (trigger) i work on mostly Mercury outboards and i purchased 3 250 ox66 yamaha's and they have been alot of funnew to the forum but will be back im sure
