No spark on Cylinder 5 1999 200 saltwater series II

I am having a problem with getting spark to cylinder number five. I took the boat out a few weeks ago and it ran well. Then I took it out again and it went into safe mode. I got the boat home and thought I dropped a cylinder. I check the compression and it’s between 125 and 135 in all cylinders. As I’m checking the compression I saw spark plug number five clean. So I started checking spark. All five cylinders get spark except for cylinder number five. I started checking voltage and diagnosed some of it back to the stator where it wasn’t putting out enough voltage. It runs better now but still no spark on 5. I checked the Oli level sensor, the thermo sensors and still nothing. Any ideas???

what were the voltage readings ?
why does it run better now, did you fix something?

What is the model of the motor?

The new voltage reading was 235 on hi and low side. Also the model is the s200txrx
