What is the part number for the correct oil filter for an F250XCA, 4.2L? I cannot find that info anywhere in the owner's manual.

Part numbers should be obtained from guess where? The parts catalog. All replaceable parts used in your motor will be found there.

Some torque values are listed in the owner's manual. Most, if not all, torque values will be shown in the service manual.
