2001 Yamaha Z200 TXRZ HPDI

My Z200 TXRZ HPDI will not start, It overheated when water pump went, went into low speed mode, changed impeller and now it wont start, all fuel pumps have proper pressure, all filters were checked, all injectors were flo tested, changed driver and computer and still wont start, spray fuel in the intake it will run, plastic clips on the fuel rail that hold wires to the injectors were melted, hooked computer up and it read everything was ok, could it be a melted wire somewhere, I am completely lost right now, please help

compression test FIRST.
you may have popped a head gasket if it got that hot.

then using the laptop test the injectors.

could be a melted pulser coil or pulser coil wires.

Hot enough to melt things is not good for a lot of things on a motor.
As Rod said start with the basics to see if you damaged more than you think you did
