f250txr not running properly

engine starts idles rough, wont take throttle chokes out.
replaced plugs filters vsd filter performed 100 hr maintenance.
new plugs carbon up right away. had injectors cleaned no luck.
any suggestions?

spark test.
rail pressure test.
45 minutes and ya got it nailed.
unless the tech reading the laptop(YDIS) is clueless.

myself, I would test the fuel rail pressure and have a look at the laptop data,pay close attention to MAP pressure at key on engine off.
